A doctor of osteopathic medicine with nearly 30 years of professional experience, Dr. Kenneth D. Nahum earned a bachelor's from Rutgers University in 1977 before receiving his DO from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in 1981. Upon graduating, Dr. Kenneth D. Nahum started his postgraduate training at John F. Kennedy Hospital in Stratford, New Jersey, and later spent three years as a resident at Presbyterian University of Pennsylvania Medical Center.
A recipient of the Melvin Modlinsky Fellowship Award, Dr. Nahum served as a hematology-oncology fellow at Robert Wood Johnson Medical School from 1985-88. An American Board of Internal Medicine certified doctor of hematology and oncology, he has since provided quality care to patients in the New Jersey region and has four times been voted "Top Doc" by New Jersey Monthly Magazine. And was recently voted again for a fifth time for 2017. He has been a practicing member of Regional Cancer Care Associates.
In addition to his work as a physician, Dr. Kenneth D. Nahum is an active supporter of multiple medical-based charities. He has served as co-chair of the Sweetheart Ball, a benefit for the Jersey Shore Medical Center's cancer program, and has been honored for his volunteer efforts with the Ashley Lauren Foundation for pediatric cancer.
