I'm an award-winning journalist who writes about money, health, and power. I've written for Corporate Finance and Black Enterprise magazines, Asset Sales Report (an American Banker-Bond Buyer publication), MIWatch.org, and a couple of Oregon weeklies.
I excel at investigative and data-based reporting, along with statutory
analysis, fact-checking, and structural and line editing. (I also write successful grant applications, effective web copy, and a range of public policy materials.)
Editors enjoy working with me because I (1) develop and execute my own story ideas with limited supervision, yet collaborate well and
respectfully with others; (2) deliver clean, solidly-sourced, and
engaging copy; and (3) meet my deadlines while working on multiple
projects.
Try me.
