Dropr Community Guidelines
Dropr accounts are intended for sharing and collecting creative content and exchanging feedback. Your use of Dropr is subject to these Guidelines and our Terms and Conditions of Use.
Here's a bunch of guidelines you should stick to when being around Dropr:
- Credit where credit's due
You should only upload work which you've created. Never take other people's work and pretend it's yours, it's pretty sad. Give credit to people that took a part in the project and outline your role.
- It's all about the art
People want to see high quality work. If you have some porn, child nudity or nasty stuff to share (or all in one) please choose to keep them to yourself, or use another service. Don't upload any obscene, violent, ugly or simply non-creative content. Projects that are too commercial and don't look like they should belong to a portfolio don't fit too. Pieces and projects that don't meet these criteria will be hidden from exploring or removed.
Have a look here for more info on what's allowed and what's not.
- Sticks and stones
If you don't like someone's work, be constructive in the criticism. Ripping each other apart doesn't help anyone. Love not war, girls and boys!
- Share and share alike
When you collect some tasty stuff, share it with others! Unless you want it all for yourself, the don't. No.
- Honesty is the best policy
Don't lie in your portfolio. For example don't pretend you have skills and create in areas you don't and you have done things you haven't.
- Think of the wider picture
It will be way easier to find you and your work if you use English words for things like your Skills, Areas of Creation and Tags.
- Don't hijack our bandwidth
Dropr hosts media to promote our users' artwork. We're not a web media host, so please refrain from using Dropr as a place to store web graphics such as logos, banners, website backgrounds and such.
- Have fun!
Use Dropr, find your inspiration, get followers, clients and handy contacts. Share the fact you're here with others and keep smiling. If something breaks, send us a message and grab our gratitude for finding it.
