My project is about a “Bicycle World” that will create a unique retail and social experience.
I want to create a social catalyst which brings all tribes of cyclists together in one place in Cardiff, creating a new culture.
I chose this product as I think it has got a lot of potential and could be easily incorporated within the city’s attractions.

My guiding principles throughout the project were sustainability, recycling and nature.

My visual concept was based on movement, circulation and speed. My aim was to create an outstanding interior as well as exterior in relation to an existing structure. Ramps created in the middle of the building around the courtyard created a dynamic circulation statement.

They connect two builings into one, the reason for it was to design a path that will drive visitors in and bring them a unique experience while shopping, learning and chilling out in the Bike Centre.
